**Reiki**
Reiki, (universal life energy) is a Japanese healing technique that utilizes gentle touch and intention to promote relaxation, a sense of well-being, balance and increased energy levels.

**Sound Healing w/ Himalayan Bowls**
When disease or distress are present, our cells vibrate out of balance and harmony. As Himalayan bowls are placed around and upon the body and played with specialized techniques, their resonate healing vibrations move through layers of fascia affecting our cells and improving circulation — like receiving a ‘sound massage’. The sound waves entrain the brain into alpha, theta and delta brain states, inducing a meditative, peaceful and serene experience.

**Uncovering the Voice Session**
Through a wide range of holistic singing exercises, people of all ages and abilities are gently invited to move with confidence and joy into a natural opening and balancing of the voice. Discover your singing potential and self-expression; explore therapeutic healing for your voice; experience the beauty of pure musical tones and harmonize both your physical and emotional bodies. Uncovering the Voice, also known as Werbeck Singing, can be described as yoga for the voice.

Shayndel Adler, owner of Kol Refuah (‘Sound and Voice Healing’), is a Holistic Health Practitioner; Certified Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational Facilitator; Singing Teacher of Uncovering the Voice & Spiritual Leader

Holistic Health Practitioner: Earned the diploma of Holistic Health Practitioner, (1000 hour training) from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Laguna Hills, CA, 2007.

Certified Atma Buti Sound Healing Practitioner: Completed Practicum, Levels I, II, III, IV and ‘The Science of Sound’ at Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School, Boulder, CO, 2020.

Reiki: Completed Reiki I and Reiki II with Usui Reiki Ryoho Association and Reiki III Master class with two additional private teachers; has been practicing Reiki since 2002.

Uncovering the Voice: Completed the Foundational Training and Pedagogical Training of the ‘School of Uncovering the Voice ‘and earned a Teacher of Uncovering the Voice diploma, 2013. In addition, earned a CA Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential in 2002 from Humboldt State University. She has taught singing at elementary schools and in private practice and led chant circles and services since 2005.
